Dr. Tonika Brockman

A lifelong overachiever who checked the traditional boxes of success, Dr. Tonika learned that achievement without alignment can still lead to painful and costly decisions. Her journey includes becoming a teenage mom, having 2 children by the age of 22, navigating a divorce, financial crises, and persevering 11 years to complete her undergraduate degree in business while working multiple jobs.
She rebuilt her life, remarried, earned her MBA, and completed a seven-year doctoral journey — confronting racial bias and advocating for herself along the way — to receive her EdD in Organization Leadership.
