Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration, purchase, and attendance at The Anchored Matriarch VIP Weekend (the “Event”), presented by The LeadHerShip Doctor (the “Organizer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for and/or purchasing a ticket, package, or reservation to the Event, you (the “Attendee,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Registration & Payment

  • All registrations are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an approved payment arrangement.

  • Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, fees, or third-party charges unless otherwise noted.

  • Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to make all scheduled payments on time. Missed or failed payments may result in cancellation of your registration without refund.

  • You represent that all information provided at registration is accurate and complete.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made toward the Event—including deposits, installments, and payments in full—are strictly non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether you attend all, part, or none of the Event, and regardless of your reason for non-attendance, except as expressly provided in Section 3 (Emergency Date Change) below. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this non-refund policy.

3. Emergency Date Change Policy

In the event of a documented emergency that prevents you from attending, you may request to transfer your registration to a future occurrence of the Event, subject to the following conditions:

  • A “qualifying emergency” includes a serious personal or family medical emergency, hospitalization, bereavement of an immediate family member, or a comparable circumstance beyond your reasonable control, at the Organizer’s reasonable discretion.

  • Written notice of the emergency must be submitted to the Organizer as soon as reasonably possible, and the Organizer may request reasonable supporting documentation.

  • Approved emergency transfers must be applied to a future Event date occurring within twelve (12) to eighteen (18) months of the originally scheduled Event date, subject to availability.

  • Transfers are for a change of dates only and do not entitle you to any refund. The transfer applies the value of your original payment(s) toward the rescheduled attendance.

  • If no qualifying future Event is held within the eighteen (18) month window, the Organizer will work with you in good faith to identify a reasonable alternative, but is not obligated to provide a cash refund.

  • Each registration is eligible for one (1) emergency date transfer unless otherwise approved in writing by the Organizer.

  • Any difference in pricing between the original and rescheduled Event may be invoiced to and payable by you.

4. Cancellation or Changes by the Organizer

  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event program, speakers, venue, dates, or format as reasonably necessary.

  • If the Organizer cancels the Event in its entirety and does not offer a rescheduled date, the Organizer will, at its discretion, offer you a credit toward a future Event or a refund of amounts paid.

  • The Organizer is not responsible for any travel, lodging, or incidental costs you incur in connection with the Event.

5. Transfers to Another Person

You may not transfer or resell your registration to another person without the prior written consent of the Organizer. Any unauthorized transfer or resale may result in cancellation without refund.

6. Attendee Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully throughout the Event. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Attendee whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, harassing, or otherwise inconsistent with the values and purpose of the Event, without refund.

7. Media Release

The Event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness, image, and voice in promotional, marketing, and educational materials without compensation. If you do not wish to be included, you must notify the Organizer in writing in advance.

8. Assumption of Risk & Release

You attend the Event voluntarily and assume all risks associated with your participation and travel. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless the Organizer, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of your attendance, except to the extent caused by the Organizer’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Event or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your registration. The Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Force Majeure

The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic, government action, civil unrest, or venue unavailability. In such cases, the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the Event, and the Emergency Date Change and Organizer Cancellation provisions above shall apply as relevant.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska and, where applicable, the State of North Carolina, without regard to their conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska (Omaha) or in the appropriate courts of the State of North Carolina, as determined by the Organizer.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Organizer regarding the Event and supersede any prior communications or representations. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Acceptance

By registering for and/or purchasing entry to The Anchored Matriarch VIP Weekend, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including the non-refundable payment policy and the emergency date-change provisions.
